Collectible Motor Car of Atlanta is proud to present this 2005 Ford Mustang GT Convertible. A lot changed for the Mustang in 2005, including an extra six inches of wheelbase giving the car a road-ready look and a more classic dash-to-axle perspective in keeping with the Mustang's 1960s roots. The new (for the year model) three-valve iteration of Ford's modular 4.6-liter SOHC V-8, provided 40 more ponies than the previous year's two-valve version. Stoplight to stoplight, the GT Convertible has got game. The rumbling 300-horse 4.6-liter V-8 backed by an automatic transmission doesn't do much for the element of surprise, but it won't fail to deliver on its performance promise, either. In a straight line at least, the Mustang GT Convertible runs with some cars costing twice as much at the time.
This low-mile example looks just right finished in Redfire Clearcoat with a Black convertible top over Gray leather interior. And the polished wheels give it the retro look of the Mustangs of yesteryear. This is a super-clean example of a forever iconic car. Inquire today.
